■The contents of the accommodation plan must be the same.
We will judge plan to be the same only if the following 7 items match.
①Same room type
②Same meal content
③Same benefits
④Same stay date
⑤Same number of people
⑥Same production method
⑦Same cancellation conditions

■Target site
You can make reservations on 5 sites: Jalan net, Rakuten Travel, Yahoo Travel, Rurubu Travel, and Relux.
This only applies if the price is on sale at a lower price than when you made the reservation.

【Precautions】
·Prices from accommodation reservation sites other than the 5 sites listed above, travel agencies, etc. are not eligible.
·Applies to cases where the reservation site is selling for even 1 yen cheaper than the Official website.

■Points, coupons, and sale discounts are not applicable.
Prices after applying points and coupons that can be used at each accommodation site are not eligible.
Also, sale plan that are available for a limited time are not included in the comparison.

■Other conditions that are not covered
·Excludes plan that combine transportation.
·Including target sites, exclusive plan such as secret plans and special offers are excluded.
·This does not apply if the original reservation has been canceled by the time you contact us.

If you find plan that is sold at a lower price than when you made the reservation,

Please contact us regarding the following items by email or phone.

①Name
②Reservation number
③Current reservation plan name
④Date and time of stay
⑤ Name of sales site for the same plan
⑥URL of the site where the same plan is sold
⑦Plan name and plan name of the same plan

If you contact us by email, please be sure to include the subject line as "Checking 'Best Rate' Rates".

Please contact us and confirm that reservations from other companies' sites are cheaper than reservations from Official website.
We will change the accommodation fee to the same price as plan you notified us of.
